These terms govern your relationship with Wuzmiq from your first visit to our website until your account is closed, and they set out what each party owes the other. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Wuzmiq, whose head office is in Riyadh. By accessing the website, submitting any of its forms or opening an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the website and the services.
Eligibility
To use our services and open an account, you must meet every one of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are lawfully resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into contracts and manage your own funds.
- You are acting on your own behalf rather than for another person, and the funds you deposit come from legitimate sources.
We may decline any application, or close an existing account, if it emerges that any of these conditions is not met.
Account opening and verification
The following provisions apply to the creation and use of your account:
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you register, and tell us promptly about any change to it.
- Trading can be activated only once identity verification is complete and the required documents have been supplied, such as a national ID, Iqama or passport and proof of address.
- You may hold no more than one account and must not allow anyone else to use it.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor codes confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Description of the services
Wuzmiq provides a technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyse markets and generate trading signals, and that executes orders automatically under the strategies you choose — Staged Entry, Range Harvest, Trend-Strength Rotation and the Auto-Guard Stop — within risk limits you set yourself, across more than 310 financial instruments.
These tools are provided for technical and informational purposes. No signal, analysis or other content on the platform constitutes personal investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any particular instrument, or management of your portfolio on your behalf. You remain the final decision-maker and may switch any strategy on or off at any time.
We may develop the services, change their features or discontinue parts of them as we see fit, and we will give you advance notice of any material change affecting your account.
Risk disclosure
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you understand, and accept, the following risks:
- Digital-asset and CFD markets are highly volatile, and prices can move sharply within a short time.
- Trading, particularly with leverage, may lead to the loss of part or all of your capital.
- Signals produced by the AI engine are probabilistic estimates, not certainties, and past performance, including platform-wide statistics we publish, does not guarantee future results.
- The service may be affected by technical risks such as connectivity loss, data delays or third-party outages.
Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice where appropriate.
Deposits and withdrawals
Transactions on your account are subject to the following:
- Accounts are denominated in Saudi riyals, and the minimum opening deposit is SAR 1,000.
- You can fund your account via mada, bank transfer, credit card or digital assets.
- The funding method and the receiving account for withdrawals must be in your own name; we do not accept payments from, or make payments to, third parties.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and source-of-funds checks, and the time they take to arrive depends on the method used and the procedures of intermediary banks.
- We may temporarily hold any deposit or withdrawal where anti-money-laundering requirements call for it, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Fees and pricing
We operate transparent pricing with competitive spreads: the spread and any commission or financing cost attached to an order are displayed in your dashboard before you confirm it, and the full schedule of charges is available inside your account.
We will notify you of any change to our charges before it takes effect. Charges imposed by third parties, such as banks, card issuers and blockchain network fees, are borne by you and lie outside our control.
Acceptable use
You must use the platform lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
- use the services for any activity that breaches the laws of the Kingdom, including money laundering or terrorist financing;
- manipulate markets, or exploit pricing errors, data delays or technical vulnerabilities;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to other users' accounts, probe them for vulnerabilities or disrupt their operation;
- extract data or content by automated means, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or the AI engine; or
- provide misleading information or impersonate another person.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including its software, algorithms, AI engine, designs, text and the Wuzmiq name and emblem, belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own purposes in accordance with these terms, which we may revoke if you breach them. No part of the content may be copied, modified, republished or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
- the platform and services are provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not warrant that they will operate without interruption or error at all times;
- we are not liable for losses arising from your investment decisions or from market movements;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity; and
- we are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as force majeure or outages at liquidity venues, data providers, banks or telecommunications networks.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability arising from fraud or gross negligence.
Suspension and termination
The contractual relationship may be brought to an end as follows:
- You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected], once your open positions have been closed.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to complete verification, if suspicious activity is detected, or where the law or a competent authority requires it.
- On termination, we will settle any open positions and return the remaining balance to a verified method in your name, after deducting any amounts owed.
- Provisions that by their nature are intended to continue, including those on intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution, survive termination.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If a dispute arises in connection with these terms or the services, we will first seek to resolve it amicably: you can raise a complaint with us at [email protected], and we will review it and respond as quickly as possible. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the competent courts in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over the dispute.
Changes to these terms and contact
We may amend these terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page, and we will notify you of any material change by email or within the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services once an amendment is in force constitutes your acceptance of it.
Should the Arabic and English versions of these terms conflict, the Arabic text shall prevail.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Our team in Riyadh is available Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00 Riyadh time (GMT+3).
